Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of my iOS applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Transfer the license to another person

Intellectual Property

The Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jamie Lollback and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Apps are licensed, not sold, to you.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or store within the Apps. By using the Apps, you grant me a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. I do not claim ownership of your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In-App Purchases

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Changes to Apps

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice. I will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to Terms

I may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Apps after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
