Everyday support for people taking clozapine.
MyCloz helps people taking clozapine, and the people who care for them, stay on top of treatment. Track doses and appointments, set reminders, and keep your case manager and local services in one place. Fill out the GASS side-effect questionnaire and email it to your clozapine team, and read up-to-date information about the medication. Privacy mode swaps medication names for neutral wording.
